Medical Sample Courier | Boston ↔ CT Route

Job Overview

We are hiring a Medical Sample Courier / Route Driver responsible for collecting biological samples from designated drop boxes and transporting them safely according to company procedures.

This role involves long-distance highway driving between the Boston area and Connecticut.

The position follows fixed routes and scheduled pickups, and most work is performed independently with minimal customer interaction.

Company vehicle is provided for all work routes.

We are looking for reliable drivers with stable availability who are interested in long-term cooperation.

Pay

$21 – $23 per hour

Approximately 24 hours per week

Schedule

3 days per week (fixed schedule)

Option A

Monday – Wednesday

Option B

Thursday, Friday & Sunday; Sunday availability is preferred.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sunday

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Work hours may occasionally start earlier or end later depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive from Boston / Watertown area to Connecticut to pick up biological lab samples
• Return to the Boston area after completing pickups
• Follow assigned routes and pickup schedules
• Scan drop box locations using a mobile app to confirm pickups
• Take photos when required for pickup verification
• Handle biological samples carefully according to company procedures
• Report route delays, missing samples, or drop box issues
• Assist with basic drop box tasks when needed (inspection, labeling, replacement)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable with long-distance highway driving
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Skills

• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS navigation

Physical Ability

• Able to walk, bend, and lift light items
• Samples are lightweight but require careful handling

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
