Main responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to advance understanding of oncology therapy areas, including Multiple Myeloma.

Provide accurate, balanced, and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and decision-makers in response to clinical inquiries.

Collaborate with Medical Affairs and clinical teams to support Real-World Evidence studies, Phase IV clinical projects, Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS), and site selection for clinical trials.

Serve as a scientific resource for the commercial team, supporting objection handling and acting as a therapy area expert.

Actively represent Sanofi at key medical and scientific conferences, staffing medical information booths and gathering competitive intelligence.

Receive, report, and transmit adverse events in line with company pharmacovigilance procedures, and ensure Risk Management Plan implementation.

Uphold compliance, ethical leadership, and safety standards in all field activities.
About you

Experience: Prior 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in Oncology and/or Multiple Myeloma being a strong advantage.

Soft and technical skills: Strong scientific communication skills with the ability to engage KOLs and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels; knowledge of clinical research methodology and GCP; business acumen and self-motivation; collaborative team player with strong planning and decision-making abilities.

Education: University degree in life sciences; MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English required.
