Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately documenting encounters in the electronic health records system
- Provide advanced support to providers, including documenting phone calls, alerting the physician with labs/radiology reports are complete, grabbing faxes, etc.
- Working with a supervising Physician or Doctor to complete and submit medical record
- Communicating with patients and supervising Physicians professionally
- Completing all administrative tasks efficiently
- Helping electronically prescribe medication for patients
This position is essential in ensuring that accurate medical records are maintained, contributing significantly to the quality of patient care within our organization.

- Medical Terminology
- Recognition of the physical exam process and ability to record exam details.
- Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Organizational skills with a focus on tracking patient care and improving patient flow.
- Professional demeanor and recognition of privacy considerations for patients and families.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
- Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, by phone and in writing.
- Requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including but not limited to standards for safety, attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
