Medical Scribe

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical knowledge, excellent typing skills, and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic health record (EHR) systems. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in enhancing clinical efficiency, ensuring precise medical documentation, and facilitating seamless patient care. Responsibilities

• Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.
• Assist healthcare providers by capturing relevant patient history, physical examination findings, and diagnostic information in real-time.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems effectively to input data, update patient records, and manage documentation workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency procedures to accurately interpret provider instructions.
• Support physicians with the organization of medical records, lab results, imaging reports, and other pertinent documentation.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive patient information.
• Demonstrate proficiency in typing and transcription to facilitate efficient documentation processes in high-pressure environments such as emergency rooms or clinics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical transcription or as a Medical Scribe within a clinical setting.
• Armenian speaker preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems used for electronic documentation management.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment requiring accurate real-time note-taking.
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed to keep pace with clinical workflows.
• Background in medical office operations or healthcare administration is preferred.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
