Duties

• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.
• Assist healthcare providers by capturing relevant patient history, physical exam findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Maintain and update medical records with current information, including lab results, imaging reports, and medication lists.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to accurately interpret provider instructions and patient data.
• Support physicians in managing medical records efficiently by organizing documentation and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Utilize typing skills to quickly and accurately document patient encounters while maintaining focus on the provider’s workflow.

Experience

• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience working in a medical office setting or as a medical scribe is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR or EHR systems for documentation purposes.
• Strong transcription skills combined with excellent typing speed are necessary for real-time documentation.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and human anatomy enhances accuracy in clinical notes.
• Familiarity with medical records management and understanding of confidentiality protocols ensures compliance with healthcare regulations. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
