Medical Scribe

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physician (GYN) to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. Monday - Wednesday 8am - approx 6 pm, rotating Friday's and one Saturday per month 8-12 pm

**Responsibilities:**

- Transcribe medical histories, physical exams, and consultations

- Document procedures and treatments performed by healthcare providers

- Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMRs)

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical documentation

- Assist with coding and billing processes

-Assist in adding lab and imagaing orders

- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care

**Skills:**

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

- Proficiency in medical terminology

- Ability to transcribe quickly and accurately

- Familiarity with medical office procedures

- Understanding of various body systems

- Experience in medical documentation and record-keeping
