Job Description Summary:
Assists physician/clinician in documenting details of the patient visit via the electronic medical record, and performs other related clerical duties to increase physician/clinician effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction. Effectively communicates and ensures the patient's clear understanding of the scribe role, in order to enhance the patient's experience and comfort level.

What You’ll Do:
Schedule: Part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential for additional hours as needed for coverage. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; flexibility is required as clinic days may extend beyond scheduled hours. Travel is required to multiple clinic locations within a 10-mile radius of St. Luke’s, including West Allis, New Berlin, Greenfield, Oak Creek, Muskego, Sinai, and Franklin.
As a Medical Scribe, you’ll play a vital role in the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.
