Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies for our healthcare and medical billing business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements
• Manage link-building and authority growth strategies
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Senior SEO Specialist
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite during night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or service-based industries
• Familiarity with SEO compliance and content quality guidelines
