Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker (MSW) to support patients and their families by addressing psychosocial, emotional, and social needs. The MSW will work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure holistic patient care and smooth coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams for patient care planning
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation
• Conduct awareness programs, patient education, and community outreach activities
• Handle patient grievances and support conflict resolution when required
• Participate in case discussions, meetings, and training programs
• willing to travel for clinic visit

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), preferably Medical & Psychiatry specialization
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient rights
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge
