About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Med Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and

drive business performance. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic leader who

understands both the business and clinical sides of medical aesthetics.

Responsibilities

● Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and customer service.

● Oversee clinical team performance and ensure compliance with medical protocols.

● Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and support revenue goals.

● Maintain vendor relationships and inventory controls.

● Support marketing, events, and promotional campaigns.

● Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations.

● Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

● Minimum 3 years of spa or medical spa management experience.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Working knowledge of CRM/EMR systems (Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, etc.).

● Bachelor’s degree preferred.

● Availability for evening or weekend events as needed.
