Blue Ridge Urology, a well-established practice serving Morganton, Lenoir, and Valdese, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our growing team. As part of the globally respected UNC Health System, you’ll have the resources of a leading healthcare network while delivering personalized care in a welcoming community.

Why You’ll Love This Role

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8 AM–5 PM, Friday 8 AM–12 PM
• Hybrid Schedule: Work 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off schedule
• Employment: Hospital-employed via Blue Ridge Medical Group
• Caseload: ~30 patients/day, ~7 surgeries/week
• Scope: Inpatient and outpatient care, standard urological procedures- ROBOT coming in 2026
• Work-Life Balance: Supportive environment with a manageable schedule
