Medical Superintendent (MS)

Staffing Requirement: A senior medical leader with a proven track record in hospital governance and clinical strategy.

• Education: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
• Experience: 12–15 years in hospital administration, preferably in a specialized or tertiary care setting.

Job Description:

• Serve as the executive head of all clinical and medical departments.
• Formulate and implement medical policies aligned with international oncology care standards.
• Lead the medical faculty, ensuring high-quality specialized training in diagnostics and breast cancer treatment.
• Direct clinical budgeting and resource planning to support the hospital's tiered "Free, Subsidized, and Cost-based" service models.
