Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and delivery of medical equipment and supplies.
Prepare purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of essential items.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies.
Communicate daily with international suppliers to confirm orders, shipping documents, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Request quotes, negotiate prices when necessary, and compare supplier offers.
Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
Follow up on shipping schedules, airway bills, bills of lading, and customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations and documentation requirements.
Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and supply-related documents.
Ensure all contracts with suppliers and clients are accurate and up to date.
Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare centers regarding supply requests, order status, and delivery timelines.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on shipment progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports.
Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other internal systems.
Support management with data collection and analysis for decision-making
