Storekeeper – Restaurant/Catering Industry

• Receive, inspect, and store all food and non-food items.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory system.
• Ensure proper labeling, rotation (FIFO), and storage conditions.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and kitchen teams for daily requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Monitor expiry dates and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Storekeeper in a restaurant, hotel, or catering company.
• Knowledge of food handling and storage guidelines.
• Familiar with inventory software (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
