Assistant Sock Control Analyst

• Complies with unit policies and procedures.

• Recommends procedural changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Attends and evaluates required training programs.
• Performs data entry to support the preparation of performance and operational reports.
• Reports to the Stock Control Analyst and performs all warehouse operations as requested and according to assigned schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in receiving, stocking, and issuing goods.
• Develops working knowledge of warehouse operations and detailed knowledge of goods within the assigned commodity group.
• Receives goods cleared by customs in the receiving area for inspection, ensuring all items have an approved and issued purchase order in the system.
• Conducts inspections of received goods and enters receipts into the system, identifying discrepancies, rejecting damaged items, and redirecting goods when required.
• Coordinates delivery of items to end-users or places received items in their designated storage locations.
• Processes internal requests for consumption or transfer of goods, as well as external client requests, by obtaining necessary approvals and preparing and physically transferring goods.
• Assists in picking, packing, and shipping activities, including picking items, transferring them to staging areas, and preparing them for packing and dispatch.
• Supports reverse logistics activities by processing authorized and approved product recalls, returns, and exchanges.
• Performs physical and cycle counts throughout the year to ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities and values.
