- Reports to the Stock Control Analyst and performs all warehouse operations as requested and according to assigned schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in receiving, stocking, and issuing goods.
- Develops working knowledge of warehouse operations and detailed knowledge of goods within the assigned commodity group.
- Receives goods cleared by customs in the receiving area for inspection, ensuring all items have an approved and issued purchase order in the system.
- Conducts inspections of received goods and enters receipts into the system, identifying discrepancies, rejecting damaged items, and redirecting goods when required.
- Coordinates delivery of items to end-users or places received items in their designated storage locations.
- Processes internal requests for consumption or transfer of goods, as well as external client requests, by obtaining necessary approvals and preparing and physically transferring goods.
- Assists in picking, packing, and shipping activities, including picking items, transferring them to staging areas, and preparing them for packing and dispatch.
- Supports reverse logistics activities by processing authorized and approved product recalls, returns, and exchanges.
- Performs physical and cycle counts throughout the year to ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities and values.
