Duties

• Support direct care staff with daily task, assist as need with direct care and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold compliance with healthcare standards
• Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and calibration schedules
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for care plans for resident
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on annually compliance training

Requirements

• Strong understanding of medication administration, safety protocols, ADLS and CPR
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with clinical teams
• Prior experience or education in personal care or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards related to medical equipment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules and documentation effectively
