Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Medical Technician / Care Aide located in Byron Center, MI. The Medical Technician will be responsible for performing essential medical and laboratory procedures, supporting patient care, and ensuring the safety and accuracy of medical processes. Responsibilities include conducting medical testing, collecting and analyzing samples, assisting in patient evaluations, and maintaining a sterile and efficient work environment. The role requires precision, organization, and adherence to healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
• Experience in Patient Care and assisting in medical procedures
• Knowledge of Medicine and Laboratory Medicine
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications or training in medical technology or related fields
• Experience in a senior care or healthcare setting is a plus
