As a Medical Technician (Med Tech), you’ll play a vital role in supporting young women as they transition out of addiction and into stability, purpose, and hope.

In this role, you’re more than a med tech—you’re a steady presence. You bring structure, compassion, and accountability to an environment where consistency matters. You’re comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with mentorship, understanding that real impact happens both through medication management and meaningful human connection.

You’ll work closely with residents navigating complex life circumstances, including recovery from substance use, legal challenges, and family rebuilding. You’re grounded, adaptable, and driven by a desire to make a lasting difference.

Role Overview

This position supports daily operations within our Christian Girls’ Ranch residential program. You will be responsible for medication management, on-site staff duties, and direct mentorship of residents.

This is a hands-on role in a structured residential setting, requiring both clinical awareness and relational engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and manage medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
  • Support daily residential operations and maintain a structured, safe environment
  • Build mentoring relationships with residents and provide consistent guidance
  • Assist residents in navigating responsibilities related to recovery and life transitions
  • Support individuals facing challenges such as court involvement, custody matters, and reintegration into healthy routines
  • Collaborate with clinical and program staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Uphold program standards aligned with faith-based values and recovery principles

What You Bring

  • Experience in medication administration or healthcare support (Med Tech certification preferred, not required depending on training eligibility)
  • Strong organizational and observational skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in emotionally complex situations
  • A mentorship mindset with the ability to build trust and set boundaries
  • Comfort working in a residential setting with at-risk youth/young adults
  • Alignment with faith-based, Christ-centered program values
