Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Flexible shift options (day, evening, or rotating shifts)
• Weekend or holiday shifts as required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, etc.)
• Analyze samples accurately and report results in a timely manner
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Ensure strict compliance with laboratory protocols and quality standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow safety and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for patient diagnosis and care
• Assist in inventory management and laboratory supply monitoring
