MEDICAL TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Medical Telemarketing Executive to support our clinic by contacting patients, promoting medical services, and scheduling appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills, professional patient handling, and compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients via phone, WhatsApp, or approved channels
• Promote clinic services and medical packages professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up patient appointments
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update patient records
• Meet daily and monthly call and booking targets
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow confidentiality and data privacy policies
• Handle feedback and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements / Qualifications

• Arabic speaker (native or fluent) – preferred
• English communication skills are an advantage
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service (medical field preferred)
• Professional phone etiquette and strong sales skills
• Ability to work under targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Must be locally available in Qatar (transferable visa preferred)

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
