Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Ladies Salon Receptionist to join our beauty salon in Qatar. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure all clients receive exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding salon services, promotions, packages, and products.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the salon booking system.
- Coordinate appointments efficiently to maximize staff productivity and client satisfaction.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages to clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment histories.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash collections.
- Issue invoices and receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and business records.
- Support management with administrative and reporting tasks.
- Coordinate with beauticians, hairstylists, nail technicians, and therapists regarding schedules and client requirements.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of retail products and reception supplies.
- Promote salon membership programs, packages, and retail products to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon booking software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
