Job Description

Tour for Cure which prioritizes reliability and patient satisfaction in the medical tourism sector, is looking for talented International Sales Specialists who will join our dynamic and growing international team in Istanbul.

Qualifications Required

• University degree.

• Advanced level in English is a must.

• ⁠Advanced level in at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, Russian is preferred.

• Preferably experienced in medical tourism, (At least 2 years of experience in sales within 1 year of experience in a medical tourism)

• Suitable for teamwork and responsible,

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills,

• High persuasiveness, result-oriented work,

• Advanced negotiation skills,

• Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

• Results-driven, passionate, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to multitask, adapt, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online sales and coordinate with international patients.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

• Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.

• Clearly communicate the details of medical tourism packages to potential patients. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to patients.

• Prepare and provide customized price quotations for patients' medical packages.

• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on sales activities and progress.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
