About the Role

Renewal Medical Clinic is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Medical Tourism Sales Specialist to strengthen our growing international network. This role involves managing the entire patient journey: from first contact and consultation to treatment organization, sales performance, and aftercare follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential patients via phone, email, and social media in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Identify patients’ needs and provide suitable treatment packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultation, quotation, booking, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Actively participate in international fairs, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure top-level patient satisfaction and build long-term trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Healthcare Management, Business, Tourism, or related fields).
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of an additional foreign language such as Russian, Arabic, Romanian, French, or Spanish is a strong plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical tourism, sales, or customer relations.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Team player, adaptable to flexible working hours, with excellent communication skills.
