  • Transcribe doctors’ dictations and handwritten notes into electronic format.
  • Ensure accuracy in medical terminology, spelling, and formatting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
  • Edit and proofread medical documents for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Manage and organize digital patient files and reports.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for report clarifications.
