Medical/Surgical Sales - Associate Sales Representative

Job Summary: Successful Zimmer Biomet CMF & Thoracic Distributor, Obilex Fixation is seeking to hire an ambitious and resourceful Associate Sales Representative. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to break into Medical Device Sales while being mentored to learn the business. Following the training period, the individual graduates to his/her own territory with uncapped earning potential. This is a great opportunity to break into and learn Medical Device Sales.

Who are we? Zimmer Biomet is an industry leading musculoskeletal implant company. Zimmer Biomet CMF&T is the fastest growing division within ZB. Our products are sold through Obilex Fixation in this area.

What do we sell? Generally speaking, we sell plates and screws that hold bones together in the head or chest that are broken in a trauma or cut in a reconstructive surgery. Our products are used in the operating room during surgery.

What is our opportunity? Because of our strong growth, we are expanding and hiring an Associate Sales Representative in Syracuse covering the Syracuse/Utica/Binghampton territory. 1st Year income during training period expected at $75K, 2nd year income of $100K based on performance. Uncapped earnings potential long term

What are we looking for? We are looking for a competitive driven person that has a fire in their belly and a desire to succeed. Candidates should be self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales. Recent college grads encouraged to apply, especially with a competitive sports background.

- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred, but not required. Recent college grads considered.
