Your Responsibilities as a Verification Officer

Conduct outbound verification calls to clients and customers

Record accurate data in the CRM system

Follow scripts and maintain quality assurance standards

Flag inconsistencies or issues to the team lead

Achieve daily call volume targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

Strong spoken English and effective communication skills

A confident, target-driven, and energetic personality

Basic computer literacy (typing, emails, CRM systems)

Willingness to work the night shift (aligned with U.S. time zones)

Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
