Key Responsibilities:

· Verify Medicare eligibility, coverage, and benefits for patients prior to services.

• Review Medicare Part A, B, C, and D benefits depending on the services required.
• Check prior authorization or referral requirements when applicable.

· Confirm demographic and insurance information through Medicare portals and payer systems.

· Ensure accurate documentation of verification details in the electronic health record (EHR).

· Communicate with patients regarding coverage, co-payments, and deductibles.

· Collaborate with billing and coding teams to minimize claim denials.

· Resolve discrepancies and assist in follow-ups on denied claims.

· Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in insurance verification or medical billing, especially Medicare, strongly preferred.

· Prior experience of 1-2 years in a US-based campaign (Medicare preferred) is a plus.

· Knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in using Medicare eligibility tools (such as CMS, Novitas, Noridian portals, or clearinghouse software).

· Bachelors with IELTS preferred.
