Verifier - Medicare

Smart Brains BPO is hiring experienced Medicare Verifiers to join our dynamic team. This position offers a professional environment, quality leads generated through our automated system, and an attractive Cost Per Lead (CPL) model for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound Medicare verification calls (leads are auto-dialed through our bot system).
• Verify and validate customer information in compliance with Medicare guidelines.
• Accurately update and maintain records in company systems.
• Meet daily/weekly CPL targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team leaders to achieve performance goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medicare Verifier in a BPO/Healthcare support environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, verification, and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts.
• Professional, ethical, and target-oriented approach.

Location: Shamsabad, Rawalpindi
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 05:00 AM
