we are hiring experienced team lead for Medicare campaign
salary :

40k up to 70k

Experienced :

Minimum 1 year experience as a Team lead in BPO

Requirements:

• Coordinate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Keep the team updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.
• Support the onboarding process for new team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage open communication within the team.

• Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in the BPO industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
