Telemarketing Team Lead.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Telemarketing Team Lead (TL) to oversee and guide our telesales agents in promoting fintech products and services. The TL will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, ensuring quality customer interactions, and motivating agents to deliver high performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to resolve escalated customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support a team of telemarketing agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor daily call activities, performance, and conversion rates of team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to telesales agents.
• Develop and implement sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Handle escalated calls, especially where customers had negative past experiences, and work to rebuild trust.
• Track and report on team performance metrics (calls made, conversions, revenue, etc.).
• Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high energy, professionalism, and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and fintech regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in URDU.
• 2–4 years of experience in telemarketing/telesales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is an advantage.

• Official Timings: 9 Am to 6 PM
• Office Days: 6 Days a week.
• Location: Main IJP Road, Rawalpindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
