Female Amazon Team Lead – IT, Marketing & Account Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon Team Lead with a strong background in IT management, digital marketing, Amazon account handling, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Account Management:
• Oversee and manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords).
• Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics, resolving issues with Amazon support.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, support).
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of team goals.
• Train and mentor junior staff on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.
• IT Management:
• Coordinate with the IT team to maintain e-commerce tools, integrations, and reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot and ensure platform stability, data backup, and automation tools.
• Ensure secure handling of customer and sales data.
• Marketing & Advertising:
• Develop and execute Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns.
• Collaborate on external marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, influencers).
• Analyze ad performance and conversion data to optimize ROI.
• Administration & Reporting:
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, ad spend, and ROI.
• Handle backend admin tasks such as invoicing, reimbursements, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate with finance for account settlements and budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi Saidpur Road: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
