Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon Team Lead with a strong background in IT management, digital marketing, Amazon account handling, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Account Management:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords).
- Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, resolving issues with Amazon support.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, support).
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of team goals.
- Train and mentor junior staff on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.
- IT Management:
- Coordinate with the IT team to maintain e-commerce tools, integrations, and reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot and ensure platform stability, data backup, and automation tools.
- Ensure secure handling of customer and sales data.
- Marketing & Advertising:
- Develop and execute Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns.
- Collaborate on external marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, influencers).
- Analyze ad performance and conversion data to optimize ROI.
- Administration & Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, ad spend, and ROI.
- Handle backend admin tasks such as invoicing, reimbursements, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with finance for account settlements and budgeting.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawalpindi Saidpur Road: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
