Job Title: Product Manager – Niche Market Marketing Strategies (Medical Sector)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for proprietary niche medical products and solutions. This role requires a good understanding of the North America healthcare landscape, strategic thinking, and hands-on collaboration to drive growth and engagement in specialized medical markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify niche opportunities in the medical field, including emerging trends, patient needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies for targeted audiences, such as healthcare professionals, clinics, and underserved patient groups.

2. Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to specific medical specialties or patient populations.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks aligned with healthcare compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create campaigns that engage healthcare professionals and patients.

3. Product Positioning & Launch:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for niche medical products, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Create detailed product marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and patient/clinician guides.
  • Work with creative teams to produce high-quality, impactful content that resonates with medical audiences.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product development, clinical teams, and regulatory affairs to ensure products meet market needs and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, integrating feedback from healthcare providers and patients into product development and marketing initiatives.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for medical marketing initiatives, including patient engagement and healthcare provider adoption rates.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Regularly report on outcomes to stakeholders and recommend areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies for niche medical markets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including compliance (e.g., FDA, HIPAA), patient needs, and provider workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical field.
  • Familiarity with medical product development.
  • Knowledge of emerging healthcare technologies, such as AI in diagnostics or telehealth platforms.
