Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves managing various operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, coordinating between departments, and supporting project execution with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage communication between different teams and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to ongoing projects.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing calendars for team members.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are promptly addressed.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to internal and external requests.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
