Office Clerk(Onsite, Males only)

Develop Together, affiliated with Nerd Essay Pvt. Ltd is looking for dedicated and responsible Office Clerks to join our team across morning, evening, and night shifts. The ideal candidates should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling routine administrative tasks efficiently. If you are comfortable with rotational shifts and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, we encourage you to apply.

Shift Timings:

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: Intermediate or Diploma (equivalent) — we only hire Intermediate candidates; individuals with higher education should not apply.
• The age limit for this job is 24 — candidates exceeding this limit will not be considered eligible for the interview
• Minimum education: Intermediate or Diploma (equivalent)
• Must have a strong grip on Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work in any of the available shifts
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and file management
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative duties.

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Location: MidCity Mall, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
