Position: Self Verifier – Night Shift

About the Role:
Leads Expert is seeking dedicated and confident Self Verifiers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for verifying sales leads, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to verify sales leads.
• Confirm and update customer information in the system.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all verification processes.
• Identify potential leads and forward verified data to the sales team.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism while engaging with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Prior call center/verification experience will be a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM tools).
