Medication Associate

Position: Part-Time, Second Shift with Every Other Weekend

Job Summary

We are looking to add a part-time Medication Associate to our team in Chambersburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for seniors and possess the flexibility to work second shifts and every other weekend. Senior living experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects and report accordingly.
• Collaborate with nursing and care staff to ensure residents’ medication needs are met.
• Follow all state and facility regulations regarding medication administration.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification through the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience working in senior living or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including second shift and every other weekend.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors.
