Medication Tech / Caregiver (7am - 7pm)

We are seeking a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech) to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents with safe medication administration and daily care. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality service to older adults, you’ll make a real difference here every day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on time according to physician orders and state guidelines
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate narcotic counts
• Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked medication cart
• Assist with resident care needs as required (ADLs, hygiene, mobility, toileting, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, community policies, and DHEC regulations at all times
