Medication Tech Team Lead (11pm-7am) - Northland Heights

Northland Heights is a dedicated senior living community focused on compassionate, person-centered support for residents. We’re seeking a dedicated, detail oriented a Medication Technician Team Lead to safely administer medication, support residents with daily needs, and help lead/supervise staff.
Schedule: Full Time Overnights (11pm-7am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medications accurately
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Maintain medication cart and inventory
• Communicate effectively with care staff and families
• Supervise, lead and support staff during shift

Qualifications:

• State-approved Med Tech certification required
• 3+ years Med Tech experience required
• 6 months to 1 year of management/leadership experience required
• Experience in memory care or senior living preferred
• Compassion, patience, and strong attention to detail
