Key Responsibilities
For All Applicants:
- Provide Assistance with Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with meal service and encourage hydration and nutrition.
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in physical or mental status to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For MedTechs (or those training for the role):
- Accurately administer medications (oral, topical, etc.) according to physician orders and state regulations.
- Maintain precise documentation in Medication Administration Records (MAR).
- Coordinate with pharmacies for refills and deliveries.
- Assist in monitoring vital signs as required for specific medications.

- Certification:

- For MedTechs: Valid state MedTech certification/permit (or the ability to obtain one).
- Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; physical ability to lift/transfer residents safely.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
