Job Summary and Qualifications

The MEDITECH Consulting Coordinator WFH position is responsible for assisting practice leadership with on-going administrative support, routine operational tasks, project management assistance, and improvements. This position requires developing and maintaining relationships with employees, contractors, internal managers and leadership. This position requires a high degree of completing tasks by determined deadlines and self-management.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, Recruitment Services and Desktop Services on sourcing and onboarding tasks
• Utilizes the internal candidate applicant tracking system and vendor management software tools to assist with managing resources.
• Assist with managing the contracts process to ensure all resources are active with appropriate data and documentation.
• Lead departmental onboarding orientation presentations
• Helps new hires become acclimated to CereCore, MEDITECH Professional Services and all clients
• Assist with departmental communication using varies platforms including MS Outlook and WebEx Teams
• Assists with the onboarding process for all new hires including employees and contractors, which includes managing access to tools, devices, equipment, badges, and access.
• Assists with coordinating calendar invites, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
• Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants and contractors
• Employee and contractor routine and yearly profile maintenance
• Provide education publishing, in coordination with Managers
• Assist with analyzing and trending status reporting for projects
• Attend meetings, meeting minutes and any additional project related assistance
• Concur travel expense report approval
• Management of MEDITECH Alliance Program
• oRegistration of candidates for new testing periods
• oResult management including tracking and updating certifications achieved by employee
• oScheduling of MEDITECH focus groups as needed
• oMonthly reporting for management and leadership
• oMonthly communication to employees for testing dates and new certification opportunities

• Assist with any additional administrative tasks

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five or more years of relevant work experience

• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must be detail-oriented and utilize critical thinking for problem solving
• Strong organizational skills, strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to quickly pivot to changing departmental needs
• Broad understanding of healthcare, business, and organizational decision-making
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proficient in MS Office products in SharePoint
• Ability to actively engage, accountable and able to take ownership to drive issue resolution
• Planning and project coordination skills
