Medspa Receptionist

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medspa Receptionist to be the first smile our clients see when they walk in. If you love skincare, aesthetics, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe, this is for you. This is a part-time position (1–2 days per week) with flexible scheduling.(Less than 20 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients with a positive, professional attitude
• Assist clients with intake forms and basic check-in process
• Support a smooth and efficient front desk experience
• Handle client checkout and payments
• Help maintain a clean, calm, and inviting front desk environment

• Interest in skincare or aesthetics is a plus
