Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Pulse Final Mile, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to home delivery services for key client(s) and local operations. This fast-paced position requires a skilled professional capable of dispatching delivery teams, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency while directly supporting our clients’ customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and retail partners.
  • Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams and drivers adhere to client SOW procedures.
  • Act as a local Pulse representative within the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to Pulse standards, while upholding the Pulse culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms.
  • Maintain high standards for all operational activities.
  • Support contract drivers and customers daily.
  • Inbound and outbound calls through the scheduled shift
  • High volume of outbound calls to customers to confirm scheduled delivery and any pertinent information needed prior to scheduled delivery

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Excellent communication
  • Positive attitude

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
