Position Summary: As a MedTech, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities for MedTechs:

• Administering medications to residents according to prescribed schedules.
• Documenting medication administration accurately and maintaining records.
• Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and reporting to the nursing team.
• Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required.

Qualifications for MedTechs:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current MedTech certification in the state of California.
• Prior experience in medication administration is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Compassion and a commitment to resident well-being.
