The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Representative to join our Medical Sales team. You will own a territory across on of our product lines, building trusted relationships with surgeons, department heads, and procurement teams while driving meaningful revenue growth.

This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and a clear path for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory of hospitals, clinics, and specialist centers, growing existing accounts and opening new ones
• Build relationships with clinicians, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams
• Manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals and following through on delivery and collection
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic clinical training to end users
• Stay current on the clinical landscape in your specialty and report competitive intelligence to the team
• Keep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, biomedical, health, or other related field
• Valid KSA driving license
• Strong communication skills in Arabic
• Genuine interest in the clinical environment and the products you represent

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales in KSA
• English proficiency
• Familiarity with clinical environments
• Existing relationships with clinical or surgical specialists in KSA
