Role:
Customer Meeting, Experience and Events Specialist is responsible for the efficient management and execution of assigned events related to their business unit. They will serve as an expert to different meeting types and guidelines related to event management. They enhance the customer experience by providing best-in-class support to their respective meeting owners and cross-functional teams.

Comply and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Meetings and Events and all other relevant company policies

Deliver strategic project management and execution of internal and external events for Medical, Marketing and Sales; planning, event conceptualization and branding, and other logistics

Handle internal and external customer travels; visa, air ticket, accommodation, registration, ground arrangements, meals, and other logistics

Collaborate with respective meeting owners on the planning and execution of events (venue sourcing, program, budget, potential savings, approvals, and other requirements)

Provide on-site support to manage the event from all aspects (meeting and attendee logistics, vendor coordination and overall event operations)

Ensure complete, accurate pre and post meeting requirements and that all required documentation are uploaded on a timely manner

Handle the relevant communication with other affiliates; in charge in securing required international meeting approvals, managing logistics related to hosted international speaker(s) in accordance with the home/host affiliate’s guidelines

Maintain a systematic and accurate calendar of events and its requirements

Post event tasks – meeting documentation, tracking reports, payment process, supplier evaluation, expense allocation and chargebacks

Ensure integrity in business in working with third parties and ensure necessary due diligence and agreements are secured

Act as the main contact to coordinate between departments and communicate with field force to secure necessary documents, deliver required logistics and sending out final event communication

Manage the Purchase Requisition (PR) and vendor payment request and ensure relevant supporting documents are secured prior to commitment and payment

Responsible in the record management of relevant business records; with high attention to privacy and record retention policy
Requirements and Qualifications:

Preferably at least 2-3 years event management experience preferably in healthcare industry
