Job Title: Benefits Administration

Venue : Think Campus, 42-P - 45-P, Hosur Rd, Electronic City Phase II, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100, Bengaluru

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

• Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee support.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.

• Understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery models.

• Support HR operations projects

Good to have skills :

• HR operations or benefits administration
• Aware of compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and wellness initiatives.

• Handle employee queries related to benefits, policy interpretation, and eligibility.

• Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy
