We are looking for
Member Events Supervisor
will be responsible for;
Support the Member Events Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of member events and House programming
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational delivery of events, from pre-planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up
Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site requirements for eventsAct as a point of contact during events for members, talent, partners, and internal teams
Assist in the execution of large-scale events (e.g. Halloween, New Year’s Eve), including themes, installations, and event setup
Maintain and update event calendars, schedules, and tracking systems to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Research cultural trends, talent, and event formats, providing ideas and recommendations to the wider events team
Support member engagement by facilitating connections between members and encouraging member-hosted events
Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting and evaluation
Ensure all events comply with health & safety policies and company procedures
Maintain a visible presence on the floor and work closely with Membership teams to support member needs
Attend relevant departmental meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in cultural event programming, event coordination, or event production
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to execute, track, and report on event processes
Creatively minded and culturally in tune with current trends and the creative community
A collaborative team player with clear and effective communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Flexibility to work outside regular office hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Experience in hospitality, music, or cultural institutions is a must
