Member Experience Staff

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide information on YMCA memberships, programs, and services
  • Process new memberships and update member records
  • Promote a welcoming environment aligned with YMCA values
  • Support the daily operations of the Welcome Center
  • Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Currently hiring for an opener (5-9 a.m.) on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and hiring someone for weekends.
