Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism

Provide information on YMCA memberships, programs, and services

Process new memberships and update member records

Promote a welcoming environment aligned with YMCA values

Support the daily operations of the Welcome Center

Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented

Highly organized and detail-focused

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Currently hiring for an opener (5-9 a.m.) on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and hiring someone for weekends.
