Key Responsibilities:
- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
- Handle arbitration proceedings including drafting pleadings, statements of claim/defense, rejoinders, and submissions.
- Liaise with external counsels, arbitrators, and regulatory authorities.
- Represent the company in arbitration hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Manage litigation strategy for arbitration-related cases and track progress.
- Contract Management
- Draft, review, vet, and finalize contracts, MoUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor/service agreements, and customer contracts.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and liabilities.
- Negotiate legal terms with counterparties to protect the company’s interests.
- Advisory & Compliance
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessment on business transactions, projects, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, labor, and arbitration laws.
- Stay updated with evolving laws, arbitration rules, and judicial precedents impacting business operations.
- Governance & Documentation
- Draft and manage corporate documentation, board resolutions, powers of attorney, notices, and affidavits.
- Support internal investigations and ensure adherence to compliance frameworks.
- Maintain proper documentation, case records, and contract repositories.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and related rules (domestic & international arbitration frameworks).
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple arbitrations, litigations, and contract negotiations simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen with ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: LL.B. / LL.M.
- Experience: 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3–5 years in handling arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Prior experience in corporate legal function or law firm specializing in arbitration preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for hearings and arbitration proceedings.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with business and functional teams.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
