We’re looking for a Member Relations Representative to join our staff at our Vidor branch, someone who’s as comfortable balancing a cash drawer as they are having a conversation with a member about their next big goal.

What you’ll be doing:

This is more than just a member relations representative role. It’s a chance to build trust with our members while helping with everything from deposits and withdrawals to opening new accounts and solving everyday problems. Some days will be fast paced, others more routine but every day, you’ll make a difference.

Your day might include:

• Greeting every member with warmth and professionalism
• Performing everyday transactions like check cashing, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Helping members with debit card issues, check orders, and account updates.
• Balancing your drawer and staying organized throughout the day
• Talk to members about services that could help them, even before they ask
• Supporting other departments and cross-training to grow your skills (this is a requirement)
• Maintaining confidentiality and following policies with care

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• A heart for service and team first attitude
• Strong communication skills: you know how to listen and connect
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Someone who can stay upbeat and focus in a busy, people facing environment
